On ice skills, drills and Power Edge Pro ran by Meaghan Mikkelson and her team including Toronto PWHL’s Sam Cogan.
Dryland and Sports Nutrition will offer hands on training for the girls as they learn to take responsibility for their overall nutritional and physical health as young athletes.
Recreation Activities will lead the girls thru team bonding activities that may include soccer, capture the flag, kickball, yoga etc.
Sports Psychology will help the girls to visualize themselves as individual athletes and how they participate in the bigger picture as part of the team.
Chalk Talk-Off ice skills and development sessions. These sessions take away the skating component and help the athlete focus on the correct techniques and skills for the improvement on their stick skills.
– Camp is located at Viking Rentals Centre – 204 Community Way Okotoks
– U9 & U11 divisions will have camp counsellors with them at all times.
– U13-U18 divisions will be monitored by camp staff
*The camp offers goalie training for all age goalies, maximum 4 per division. Please note though this is not a goalie specific camp and the fees have been adjusted to reflect that.
Payment
Payment is required to hold your spot. We will accept 50% payment upon registration, remainder due April 30, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their OFHD Summer Camp up until 11:59PM on June 30, 2026 and will receive a full refund less a $100.00 administrative fee per camp participant.
**Camps cancelled after June 30, 2026 of registered camp are not eligible for any refund or credits. There are no exceptions.**
